After your offer is accepted, you should get the final approval of credit before closing. Here is a description of the steps that you can expect during the process of approval of their funding.

Application

Finance Express begins its process of funding

The Finance Express will order the Appraisal (Evaluation of the value of property) and personal documents (information from your current rent, employment and bank account)
The Finance Express will send copy of their disclosure (Terms of funding and estimated costs)

Assessment
The Finance Express will send all your personal data and data ownership to the Bank Investors for your profile.
Once your funding is approved, we will provide the outstanding documents for closing. For example: The insurance of property and Scripture Property

The Bank Investor, will send to the Solicitor of the Closing all documents and terms of financing and the money being paid to the seller of the property
On the day of closing you will sign all of your closing documents andGET THE KEY OF YOUR OWN HOME.
